Lessa Bouchard

Lessa Bouchard is a theatre artist with a BFA in theatre and an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art and Media from Columbia College Chicago. Her credits in the midwest include work with the Planet Ant and  Matrix Theatre in Detroit and Victory Gardens ACCESS program in Chicago. Still new to the bay area, she is thrilled to be working here at the Pear and proud to have appeared as Vi in the Memory of Water at Dragon Theatre last year. She looks forward to directing Tongue of a Bird there in 2011, and to appearing in Zahsman with Arclight Theatre this fall. Her performance in Our Town is dedicated to her husband Eric Tsou and especially to her grandmother Gladys Grace Bouchard (1906- 2005), who always wanted to be an actress on the stage.
