Our mission isn’t possible without you in the audience. If you find that you are unable to attend your scheduled performance, please contact our box office at (650) 254-1148, or by email at email@example.com, to discuss your available options.
There’s no fee to exchange your tickets to another performance of the same production. We ask that you please get in touch with us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance to exchange your tickets. If that's not possible, please contact us as soon as you can before your performance and we’ll help you explore all possible options.
Season ticket holders never pay a difference in ticket price when they exchange their tickets. If you aren't a season ticket holder, there may be a difference in the ticket price based on availability at the time of your exchange. If you are exchanging 10 or more tickets, there may be a fee associated with your exchange; see our group ticket policy for more information.
The Pear Theatre does not offer refunds on purchased tickets; all sales are final. In rare circumstances when a performance may be cancelled (due to extreme weather, artist absence or other unavoidable situations) we will offer replacement tickets for another performance or refunds.
